Privacy, in plain language.

Information you submit. When you contact Grow with Matt or book a call, this may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, your message, how you found Grow with Matt, and other details you choose to provide. A message sent through the site's contact form also records the page you sent it from, the first page you visited, the website that referred you (if any), and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Those visit details are held in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, not in a cookie.

Website and technical information. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel describes this analytics product as cookie-free and not tied to an individual or IP address. Hosting and security systems may still process IP addresses and request information temporarily to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.

Grow with Matt uses information to:

• respond to messages, calls, and service inquiries;
• provide requested services;
• send requested updates and maintain subscription preferences;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and its offers;
• understand which marketing is useful; and
• meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Grow with Matt does not sell your personal information.

Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help operate the site and deliver services: Vercel for hosting and analytics, Arc for contact and CRM records, Cal.com for scheduling, and Stripe for payments. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Grow with Matt.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Some providers process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those places.

Grow with Matt keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including ongoing client relationships and legal, tax, backup, and recordkeeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where practical.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, withdraw consent where applicable, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or request deletion subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also choose not to submit optional fields when contacting Grow with Matt.

This business site and its services are not directed to children under 13, and Grow with Matt does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

This policy may be updated when the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when revisions were made.
